Restaurants that cater for gluten free food in Malta and Gozo
|
The following Restaurants have indicated to the Coeliac Association Malta that they can cater for gluten free diets, and that their staff are sufficiently knowledgeable on the necessary procedures.
Nevertheless, as it is not possible for the Coeliac Association to verify the veracity of such statements, all coeliac sufferers are reminded that it is their SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to enquire both on the availability as well as on the mode of preparation of the meal.
The Coeliac Association shall not be held responsible for any problems that might arise from the consumption or otherwise of food from the mentioned Restaurants
All reputable Restaurants are willing to help once you explain your dietary requirements. (however, always double check with the Catering Manager, as Catering and Kitchen Staff might change from time to time).
N.B. Where rice is indicated on the menu, please check and confirm whether the rice is boiled in the same pan as the pasta.
